Proclamation

TWO newspapers sent photographers to our last clinic training, and 57 women made it on time for the group picture. The mayor gave us an official proclamation commending the ladies (whereas this and whereas that), and he really bragged on them for all their hard work to improve their health.

Then we went upstairs for our last of twenty-two trainings. I had already done my running, so I enjoyed timing them and reveling in how far they had come since February.

We have 70 registered for the race, and we're gonna kick butt!
