Kids Say the Cutest Things

I'm going to miss the funny things Emily says while she's gone the next couple of weeks. For example:

Friday Lisa got her hair cut pretty short, and Emily ran out to the car to meet her. She took one look at her, said "You're not my mother!" and ran off and hid! Lisa said she was upset for about 30 minutes!

Later Samantha was trying on my shoes, and she said, "I can wear a women's size 7." Not to be outdone, Emily said, "Well, I can wear a FATHER'S 8!
