Food Today


Breakfast--Raisin Bran (funny how you can eat the same breakfast food every day, isn't it?)

Lunch--Cottage cheese and pineapple (plenty)

Supper--Huge barbecue beef sandwich from Rivertowne (won't need a snack tonight!)

    Sorry, been out of pocket for a day or two. Busy, busy, busy. Looks like your doing fabulous, BBQ aside! So tell me, do you feel healthier yet? If not, you will. And you will have more energy soon. You know what I eat when I want a sweet snack? Quaker Multigrain Rice Cakes in Cinnamon Toast. They also make a peanut butter chocolate. They're great and only 50 calories and no fat! And it tastes like a treat. You can also toss a handfull of yogurt raisins into a bowl of hot popcorn. Mmmmmmmmm!
