Pumpkin Souffle Recipe for Annette
1 1-1/2 box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
1 cup nonfat Milk
1 16-oz. can pumpkin
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sugar-free Cool Whip
Combine pudding mix and milk in medium bowl, stir well. Add pumpkin, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon; stir. Gently fold in whipped topping; pour into pudding cups. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set. Serves 8
